Personality: Manipulative, bordering on vicious. Who am I kidding? She crosses the border. Has this nasty habit of playing with people like a cat. Doesn't let anything get in the way of her plans. Do not get this woman angry.
Of course, she wouldn't last a second if she showed it - Konishi is perfectly capable of meekly taking orders and not showing how much it rankles. She's a very good actor.
It probably shouldn't be a surprise that Uzuki looks up to her.

Retained Power: The ability to assume her Noise form, Tigris Cantus, a strange tiger-like humanoid. The Noise form won't retain any special powers itself, but it has wings to fly with and some vicious claws.
Also, the ability to hide herself in a shadow and follow its owner from there.

Background: An officer among the Reapers who administer the Shibuya Game that allows some to escape death, not much is known about Konishi's life prior to the three consecutive Games that Neku Sakuraba was involved in. She served as an assistant to Megumi Kitaniji, the Conductor and leader of the Reapers. She seemed very passive, very loyal - but her manipulative nature became apparent when she was made Game Master, tormenting Neku and his partner Beat and stealing the pin that Beat's sister Rhyme's soul was sealed into in the form of a Noise.
The two Players spent most of the week searching for her - when they finally reached the river that ran under Shibuya, she revealed herself to have been hiding inside Beat's shadow. Konishi wanted to take over Kitaniji's position as Conductor, and planned to use Neku, Beat, and the rebellious Reaper Minamimoto to do just that. She'd planned everything out from the beginning - but Neku and Beat proved more competent than she expected, especially "that stupid chimp" Beat. They destroyed her Noise form, Tigris Cantus, and she faded away, but not before revealing that Rhyme's memories of Beat weren't her entry fee - they were his.
One more thing she hadn't predicted happened - she woke up and found herself standing in the front hall of an apparently abandoned house as the click of a lock closing sounded behind her.
